How to Raise a Complaint With Sponsoredgood Septic

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Sponsoredgood Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

  • How your call or contact with Sponsoredgood Septic went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line, or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, please let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Sponsoredgood Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@sponsoredgood.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
