Who does the work
Independent providers do the work. They run their own businesses, set their own prices, and make their own calls on the job. When we say "the provider," we mean the local business you speak with, not us.
How matching works
You send a request through the form, or you request a callback where a number is shown. Your request is routed to a provider in our network that serves your area and the kind of job you described. Availability varies. Some providers can respond quickly, others may need more time.
You then talk with the provider directly. The estimate, the schedule, and the final price are between you and them.
What we ask of providers
We ask providers in our network to:
- Explain the problem in plain words
- Give a written quote before work begins
- Be upfront about what is and is not included
- Treat your home and yard with care
We cannot promise how any single job will go. That is why we encourage you to ask questions and compare.
What we do not do
- We do not pump, repair, dig, or install anything
- We do not set provider prices
- We do not give legal, insurance, or engineering advice
- We do not promise a result or a response time
If you have an insurance question, read your policy. Some policies may cover sudden damage, and providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How we are paid
Being open about this matters. Providers in our network may pay Sponsoredgood Septic for referrals or connected calls. You do not pay us to use this site. Your cost is whatever the provider quotes you for the work.
